Though technically a very slow burning Dany/Arya femslash fic, not knowing the ending is driving me nuts. So this is my interpretation of the events following A Dance with Dragons. Due to a 400 word Creative Writing Prompt:
In Disney’s Enchanted, Giselle, an animated fairytale princess raised by woodland creatures, is transported to modern day New York City and found by Robert, a single father and lawyer working in family law. His pre-teen daughter, Morgan, is taught to be sensible and not fall for the tropes of storybook “happily ever after”. Giselle is the embodiment of “happily ever after” when she first arrives, but after meeting Robert and Morgan her priorities and ideas of what “happily ever after” can look like drastically change towards the pragmatic, whereas Robert and Morgan learn that life is too serious and stressful without a bit of fairytale whimsy. There is a scene in the film where Giselle sings and calls all the animals of New York City to aid her in cleaning and dressmaking in classic Disney princess fashion, and at the end of the film she opens a girls’ fashion boutique for princess gowns. It is in this boutique and its manufacturing floor that we meet Skritch, a rat initially bewitched by song, and then given over to a comfortable life in captivity. -
