Written beautifully in a tranquil way. Reminded me of cedar trees I rarely seen and cold air I rarely breathed. Loved the temptations, confusions, realizations, and words unspoken, all of which bring me to picture a stream gurgling out of snow-covered mountains and woods on winter days, with diamond-like daylight shining on it. So glad to have this read on the last day of the year.
