The sky is empty and dark in a permanent overcast, the day and night cycle is a mere memory. Three groups of ponies gather across Equestria as the landscape and ponies alike are rocked by the sudden shift. Hope dwindles, the air grows cold. The last few sparks of hope throughout the land are being preyed on and snuffed out.
The infection could be the end, but it's also the last of their problems. The heroes they plead for are nowhere to be found. The population dwindling and the forces of nature closing in, Twilight, at the very least, strives to find some way to reverse all of this.
