    Three years ago, Flame Hero: Cinderstrike was relocated from Tokyo to Fukuoka to cover the retirement of Rabbit Hero: Miruko.

    In theory, Todoroki Touya was fine with this relocation.

    Except Fukuoka has a vigilante problem in the form of a winged man who calls himself Velociraptor, and now his youngest brother is in his second year as the pro hero Frostburn and Touya is not about to be outranked by a twenty-year-old who he taught everything he knows.

    Unfortunately for Touya, publicity stunts for popularity votes don't necessarily just attract the attention of his fans.
