Summary

One second V was floating through cyberspace, her body replaced by zeroes and ones, and another she suddenly stood in the middle of a club. Not just any club though. She's been here before, but that was when the club had been turned into a dingy ramen shop. Her thoughts wandered to Johnny and his defeated look when he had realized what happened to his beloved Rainbow Cadenza.
The smooth and electric sound that blared through the speakers startled her awake. She'd recognize that sound anywhere — almost like she had played the tunes herself. She could feel the buzz shake her core as she forced herself forward through the crowd to get a better look at the stage. When she looked up, there was no one else than Johnny Silverhand. But something was different about him. He wasn't see through nor was there the usual static of his hologram that made him flicker. It almost seemed like he was really there in flesh.

“You are being detained.” The android corrected.
You inwardly scowl. “Explain what that means. As opposed to arrest?”
“It means,” He says. “That you have not been formally charged with a crime, but that for now, you are being taken into the custody of the Detroit Police Department, and will be questioned and investigated.”
“So what I think you’re saying.” You start smugly. “Is that you have no evidence against me.”
“I’m going to find out.” He warns.
