  Summary

  Portgas D. Rouge never intended to leave her island. She wanted to stay far away from the horrors the ocean brought, despite the very name she was gifted at birth. The idea of ever setting foot in the murky waters that killed so many was one that made her cringe in disgust.

   

  Until Gol D. Roger decided that she was meant to be on the waves. And showed so by being... a petulant toddler about it.
