Neither of them moved or spoke for several long minutes. The crickets and cicadas in the forest made a soundtrack to their awkward silence.

“Kid - get the hell up!” Izuku snapped his attention to Giran
“You wanna fucking tag in, Giran?”
“Fuck no, but if you throw this match I’m out a lot of fucking money.”
Izuku’s opponent was a big fucking bastard, the biggest he’d fought to date, actually.
