Summary
A season I created that is set after the Sons of Garmadon arc.
Something is pulling Lloyd to the Dark Island. When he mysteriously and accidentally arrives at the Dark Island, he is shocked to meet groups of people who were still on the island when his grandfather submerged/froze it. People who had been unable to get off the island in time or were trapped there. They aren't overly fond of the first master, but some are willing to give Lloyd a chance. Separated from the Ninja with no way to contact them due to the lack of internet service, Lloyd has no choice but to walk back to Ninjago on foot. While on the island, Lloyd makes new friends, purifies corrupted elemental temples, and purges darkness that lingers from the overlord. He also discovers and begins hunting for the Dragon Masks, the Oni Masks' twin set which are hidden in the Dark Island. Meanwhile the ninja are freaking out trying to figure out where Lloyd went. They do find him eventually.
While Lloyd is the main focus here, the other ninja have plenty of stuff of their own that they do.

The element of Life is loud, loud enough that Lloyd can't sleep and loud enough that he doesn't think more than twice when a weird vine creature promises to quiet it for him. Maybe he should've though. Because it does that by fucking him. A lot.

Summary
The once flourishing central city of Ninjago was overturned by what appeared to be obstreperous parasitic looking citizens. What was once a city full of glamour and fateful dreams was now a dreary wasteland. The cases of the "infected" as they were classed as, seemed to rise every frightful hour, their appearance morphing into something both animalistic and entirely monstrous. Though, the real problem was their overly aggressive tendencies, attacking humans for no other reason other than to feast upon their flesh and multiply, or, at least that's all the journalists managed to make of it before their inevitable demise.

Lloyd had his hand pressed against his mouth— tensee as he laid on the cool, decrepit wooden flooring of the dorms, hiding beneath the bed despite how cramped it was, his breaths laboured yet quiet, perspiration coating his body, lips trembling and eyebrows creased in worry. Staring bug eyed at what was once his classmate but now a mangled looking corpse, or at least that's what he'd page it as.
He didn't know how he was surviving this one.

Summary
Statistically speaking, Lloyd had always known his chances of keeping all his limbs weren't exactly great, but that knowledge really doesn't help a whole lot now that he's down an entire arm. Luke Skywalker definitely had it easier, no matter what Nya says.
