Summary
This is exactly what the title implies.
"The Masks We Wear" is an in-progress original story created by myself and a friend. It follows Jasper Ritcher- a 19 year old boy with the supernatural ability to control plants- and his best friend, Coleman Tommes- the 18 year old son of the famous former actress, Brianna Tommes, and late owner of a multimillion dollar tech company, Daniel Tommes.
After accidentally using his abilities in public, Jasper gets noticed by the city's protector known as Glacier- a superhero who can create ice and snow. Deciding to take Jasper in as his apprentice, Jasper becomes Orrin and uses his powers to do good. Unfortunately, for both the heroes and the city, a secretive scientist known as Dr. Schmitt has been searching for Jasper for years and now finally knows where to find him and will stop at nothing to get back what he has lost.***ALL INFORMATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS***
