    Hayden would like to think he’d seen all the sides of Shane Hollander. He’d seen him as the ‘Hockey-Robot’, seen him as brother Shane, his children’s Uncle Shane. Hayden had also been granted the privilege of seeing him in-love.

    Unfortunately, looking at Shane right now- devastated, and terrified, with something dangerous and unhinged glinting in his eyes, Hayden was unsure how to proceed.

    "That's not fucking funny Boiziau," his friend’s voice was cold and utterly unfamiliar in his ears, he can see Shane’s shoulders, tense and coiled, like a snake ready to pounce on its prey.

    A fic in which Shane sees Ilya’s messages mid-game and decides that nothing else mattered but Ilya Rozanov. (From an outsider's point of view, Shane was going feral, but Shane was actually just trying really hard not to fall apart until he finds Ilya.)
