   Summary

   Capitano has been ordered by the Tsaritsa to stop an upcoming rebellion in the poor sector of Sheznavat's totalitarian society.

   Every aspect of the case he has been assigned seemingly boils down to one person. Who is to blame, it is unsure. But no matter how many times Capitano attempts at making sense of the world he is forced into, his decisions are always the source of its destruction.

   In other words, Ororon is a revolutionary and Capitano betrays a country.
