See, it goes like this: Oikawa and Hajime leave their house separately after picking the club they'll meet at that night. Oikawa goes in there first, and finds his unassuming victim of the month, which whom he will flirt, heavily, leaving the poor man under the illusion he'll be leaving the bar with him.
Which, of course he isn't. Because the entire goal is to rile Hajime up to no end until he has to intervene, and drag Oikawa to the nearest bathroom stall where he fucks him senseless.
