She's good, and she knows it, and there's so little to lose. Alysa has everything to lose, after the comeback, but even shoulder to shoulder on the rink, Amber can feel her gliding forward, away. Amber knows she needs to let it go, but she digs her heels in, hands fisted in the material of Alysa's shirt, keeping her within touching distance. Alysa laughs and laughs, but Amber pulls harder. She's never been good at letting go of what she wants.
