“ He was falling. The floor of the tent was rising to meet him, and yet it felt like the fall took forever. He heard laughter merge into screams, screams, as he fell. Lifting his head he looked into the stands circled around him, there was Bruce Wayne, he saw him on the news! Then there, right next to him were his Mother and Father! There was a little boy on his Mama’s hip, the boy was wearing his face, but it was wrong. His sorta face was watching himself fall, his sorta face was morphing into a monster, a creature. It looked like a demon. A demon ripped from a storybook, like the one his babysitter had read to him before she was fired. “
