Will isn’t sure he wants to go if he can’t go with a guy, and who would he find in Hawkins in time who would want to go with him? Well, enter best friend Mike Wheeler who also doesn’t have a date. Mike decides the best solution is to fake date each other until the prom. Will doesn’t realize that things turn out to be more real than he expected.
