Summary
An alternate universe where Ray is shipped off in place of Norman. Or where black and white switch places.
In this alternate version of The Promised Neverland, Isabella announces that Norman is being adopted but Ray makes a deal with her to take Norman's place, offering himself up to be shipped instead. Norman, furious with Ray’s decision, doesn’t understand why he would sacrifice himself. Before leaving, Ray gives Norman and Emma letters, where he confesses his feelings to Norman, hoping to finally express what he’s kept hidden. Norman and Emma are devastated, thinking Ray has been killed after his departure. However, in a twist, Ray is not sent to his death but instead is shipped off to Lambda, where his journey takes a darker turn as he grapples with his new, harsh reality.
