College life for Eren had always been monotonous. Work in the morning, attend school during the day, in bed before midnight, repeat. It had started the last few months of high school, after a major turning point in his life.
However, he didn't expect that the rekindling of his life would be the morning you walked through the door of his workplace. And he definitely did not expect for a beneficial arrangement to be settled between the two of you.
He was never supposed to catch feelings.
But now he's caught between managing this situationship without allowing real feelings to get involved, and keeping up his public facade that masks his painful, one-sided love.
Eren is well aware of what you're incapable of giving him, yet he sticks around in hopes of changing your mind. Even while knowing that he can't.

In a way that he’d do anything just to stay by your side. In a way that makes him willing to wait everyday for you to return his feelings. He loves you so much to the point of pushing away every negative aspect of your relationship, preventing him from seeing just how badly this one-sided love affects him.
However he’s constantly stuck wondering, will anything between you two ever change?
