And it's hypocritical, because Ryujin knows she can just tell Yeji what she wants and Yeji would oblige her eagerly. But fuck does she also wish Yeji would just give in and ruin her purely because that's what she wants. Not because Ryujin asked.

She’s leaning against the front of the café and staring at her phone. The black cocktail dress has been replaced by cargo pants in the same color and a matching baseball cap. Not to mention the gray hoodie. Ryujin thinks she likes her even more this way. What that means when they haven’t even really met is a question for another time.
OR Ryujin and Yeji first see each other from separate balconies and can't ignore the spark.

Ryujin kept silent, unable to find the right words.
“What are you trying to do?” she finally mumbled under her breath.
Yeji only smiled inconspicuously. Her hands trailed down from Ryujin’s shoulders to her waist.
“What do you mean?” she cocked her head. She leaned down to press a kiss under her ear, whispering, “I have no idea what you’re talking about.”
She hooked her thumbs under Ryujin’s boxers, and the younger girl reflexively thrust her hips forward, chasing some sort of pressure.
Yeji let out a disappointed tsk and pulled away. Ryujin felt like crying.
The leader must have seen her upset expression, because she grinned and tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear.
“You know,” she whispered, “I’ll give you anything you want. You just need to ask for it.”
or
Yeji teases Ryujin, just to see how long it takes for her to snap.

Summary
There’s no urgency in the way they kiss. Ryujin likes it like this, slow, and she knows Yeji does too. There’s something to be said for losing yourself in passion—in frenzied movements and straining limbs—but the quiet certainty of forever is decidedly more alluring. At least to Ryujin. At least with Yeji.
OR Ryujin and Yeji just want to show how much they love each other.
