apart from being masterfully written and full of little details (characterisation, history, worldbuilding, you name it), it's so adorable. Sauron is the bravest little guy ever, how could he shoulder such agony. ugh, people. ugh, people who go to the same places he goes. ugh, mammals. ugh
and we love a three years old who is completely normal and completely unsettling at the same time. -
