Summary
Jabber’s face contorts into something that he knows Zanka’s never seen before. His heart crawls in on itself, stuttering, forgetting how to beat. His ribs clamp down, stabbing into his lungs, until there’s no air left to take. His eyes burn and scorch with anger, with grief, with loss, with guilt, with-
And there it is.
Clear on Zanka’s shoulder is a reddened, bruised, purple bite mark.
“No.”
Orrr Zanka and Jabber have been dating for like four years now, fighting zombies side by side. and everything’s perfectly perfect and it’ll be this way forever (it won’t be I’m sorry :( )Bookmarked by sagisensation

Summary
"GREAT! Just great! As if this could GET any better!" Zanka bites out, seething. Of course he's stuck here, injured, in a damp, dirty cell, and of course he's stuck here with fucking Jabber of all people.
Jabber whistles appreciatively, "Man, you're in a mood today. Wake up on the wrong side of the bed?" and cackles at his own joke. Zanka's gonna strangle him. He's gonna rip out those bars with his bare hands and use them to beat Jabber to death.
or
Zanka is taken by some people who want to study givers. Jabber is there too. This somehow makes everything both better and so much worse.

Summary
Gripping tight to the handrail along the wall, shoulders and arms flaring in pain from his own body weight, he shuffles – great, he’s an old man shuffler now – down the hallway. “Izuku!” He calls out despite the early hour. “Izuku!”
And then another nurse is confronting him. “Sir, please keep quiet and go back to your room.”
“No.” He growls, working his way past the male nurse. “Izuku!” He calls again.
A faint noise catches his ear to the left, “Kacchan?”
