Slowly, Jeno brings his hands to rest on the table, sleeves rolled up to bare his forearms, his wrists, the yellow bracelet. Renjun’s yellow bracelet. It sits there, a silent confession.
The smile drops off Renjun’s face, replaced with something endlessly blank. He pushes up the sleeve on his right arm, revealing bare skin, and… just that. No bracelet in sight. "You're too late," he says softly.
(Jeno puts on a bracelet every time he falls in love. Little does he know, Renjun does too.)
