Summary
Rapunzel was doing admirably adjusting to her new role as Princess. That was, except for the propriety rules that didn’t make sense to her. She simply didn’t see why eating with her legs curled up under herself was a problem. Or why she needed to stay still and not doodle during long affairs of state meetings.
But the rule she shunned the most? Having her suitor in her rooms. Alone, unchaperoned. For hours.
TLDR; Rapunzel doesn't know why she isn't supposed to keep bringing Eugene to her room at night, and he's at his wit's end hiding why.
