Summary
Six months after defeating Yoshikage Kira, Kakyoin finds himself drawn back to Morioh, moving there to do extensive research on both folklore and Stands alike for the Foundation. He barely settles in before being drawn into errant legends, odd yokai rumors popping up, and the drama of an overbearing real estate agency stepping on the Foundation's toes.
And if that wasn't bad enough, Stand Users show up with Kakyoin as their number one target.

Summary
There's a lot about Morioh that intrigues Stand researcher Noriaki Kakyoin, and the mess Akira Otoishi created when he took a joy ride with the Bow and Arrow draws him into the fray to pursue potentially dangerous Stand Users. Perhaps it was an excuse to see his best friend again, perhaps it was because Kakyoin really only felt normal around other Stand Users even after the past 10 years had turned him somewhat cold towards everyone except the remaining Stardust Crusaders.
Perhaps Morioh could break that coldness and reveal some of the secrets of Stands as they counter the new Arrow Users. Or it might just reveal something dark hiding beneath the surface of a peaceful coastal town.
This story runs parallel to Part 4. It weaves in and out of the main storyline, posing a parallel one as Kakyoin deals with Stands and his own past scars. Let's hope he makes some friends along the way.

Summary
After the Edo Era, the Meiji Era sought to bring revolution and westernization to Japan. The supernatural was forcibly forgotten but the supernatural world hadn't truly disappeared. Neither had murder. And when the two come hand in hand, mononoke are sure to follow close behind. It's a good thing the medicine seller is still around to put them to rest. Though in the modern world, mononoke and murder might be slightly inconvenient.

Summary

And even if he tries to pull himself away, there's something about this town that just keeps pulling him back.
