Summary
Mingyu hadn’t actually thought about the concept of home until he realized Seungkwan and he had something more; that love could actually be something bigger than what friendship can offer to two friends and that love could give you a home in the form of a person.
There was only one connotation that Mingyu couldn’t quite understand though - that home can also be a place you run from.
He only realizes this later in his life, as soon as this love he found slips beyond his reaches and there’s no more way to claim it back. Especially when time has ran out.
(or: Mingyu and Seungkwan continue to meet up every year to keep their relationship alive against the long distance that’s keeping them apart. Everything’s going well until the day Mingyu feared to come finally happens.)
