    It’s easy being honest when she’s already in a vulnerable state. “Yes. I really looked forward to doing nothing with you today, you know?”

    Aang’s fingers slow into gentle circles. “I know. You can blame your brother, though.” His fingers stop, and his hands slide down her back before he loops his arms around her waist, bending down until he’s near her ear. “I was thinking about you all day.”

    “Who… who are you?” Aang repeated intensely at Kuzon’s answering silence. Katara looked back at Kuzon to see him smiling, all teeth. It wasn’t the playful grin she always saw on Aang’s face. It was something sharper, distorted; so unlike Aang that it only terrified her further.
    “I’m Kuzon,” he answered simply. Aang’s face only grew more bewildered as his own voice echoed back at him. “You don’t remember me?”

    Kuzon appears one night. Katara and Aang have to deal with him somehow.
