Summary
There is no Omega-Earth. There is only Kingdom Corporation, who have been given lots of legal jurisdiction over Radiants all across the world. Now, Radiants of any ability have to register with K-CORP. Some of these registered Radiants go back to their everyday lives because they have relatively mundane powers. The most powerful Radiants though have come together to work under K-CORP, forming Kingdom's Radiant Protocol. They are tasked with ensuring the public's safety from rogue Radiant and radianite elements.
The Protocol clash frequently with a group of semi-known rogue Radiants, most of whom have come together in their own organization called the Court due to their leader's name. As the Protocol and the Court both race to recruit a newly discovered but powerful Radiant, both sides become evermore intertangled.
