These are the deepest darkest parts of him, the innate human need to love and be loved, to want to rip open his chest and crack his skull and give his heart and mind to someone else, just so he doesn’t have to be alone. To have someone else carry the weight of his secrets with him. This is his innermost selfish desire. In a way, it makes perfect sense that he’s not human after all.
