the bartender is a real piece of work. told me to “go fuck myself” when i tried to put in a drink during last call, and the manager backed him up. unbelievable.of course the bartender is a dick. aren’t they all? you’d witnessed enough aggression from coworkers at your old restaurant jobs to prove that stereotype true. you grimaced at the idea of having to work with an asshole. but hey, beggars can’t be choosers. you needed a job yesterday, so you emailed back to set up an interview.
