He doesn’t comment on the warden’s absolutely abyssmal physical state. At least, not verbally. He figures his once over and the prompt setting down of his case is enough to carry across his doubt. Much of the shine one would be accustomed to seeing reflected off his armor has been dulled by the scuff and blood of battle. The only thing remotely close to grandeur are the traces of ichor splattered across his frame. While it was few and far between, it easily sets him apart from the wounded mortals around him.
“Think nothing of it. Simply fulfilling a request from a loved one.”
