Summary
Will Graham didn't lose THAT memory for too long. After waking up one night in the Baltimore State Hospital for the Criminally Insane, he could recall almost exactly what happened in Hannibal Lecter's dining room.
With Chilton now behind bars for a series of murders that he didn't commit and Jack's trust curdling into suspicion, Will finds himself on the other side of the table faster than anyone (including him) saw coming.
