"We're attracted to creatures of power. You and I, and Dante, where else shall we find a match if not within one another?" Vergil drawls.
"Nowhere, father."Sometimes it feels like Father and Vergil are two different people. Father, he wants to cherish and protect, while Vergil, well, Nero wants to see him broken. These volatile feelings towards Vergil aren't uncommon in their household.
