Summary
This takes place, mostly, after the Movie, Scotty and Billy go to New York and OMG!!! They've started a band there!?!
This follows Corey, for the most part, though it is more third-person perspective and goes into what the others are thinking. Corey is fixated on the note Billy wrote him, and can't stop reading it. He just graduated and never really thought he'd get this far in life, make it past graduation, or would actually survive after overdosing. From that, he has no plans or idea of what to do now. The letter becomes his rock, a sort of hope. He’ll figure out the rest later, he just has to wait for Billy.

This is only like the best thing ever. Admittedly I'm a little starved for actually good skids fanfiction, considering there's very few works under this title. But this is really cool, because it actually is canon compliant... As far as I'm concerned, post-movie is free game and fanfiction about after its events is within canon compliance.
Also I just love Corey.
