   Summary

   The year is Imperial Era 1179. The Earth Sphere is divided into three political blocs, with peace between the three maintained by the Church of Seiros and by the elite Gundams, relics of the long-ago War of Heroes. Former mercenary and mobile suit pilot-for-hire Byleth Eisner, pilot of the long-lost Creator Gundam and professor to the Black Eagles house at the esteemed Garreg Mach Flight Academy, finds herself roused from her sleep one night by the sound of a child crying out for help in a voice only she can hear. Following the voice brings her to the Black Eagles' hangar bay, where she finds one of her students waiting for her...
