    Riddler was frustratingly smart enough that it was hard to keep him under control. He escaped Arkham too often with too many schemes and too many allies, and Bruce was starting to wonder how he would ever keep him away.
    And then he realized. Edward didn’t need crime, per se, he just needed something to do. Something to keep his mind occupied with anything actually beneficial, something to distract him with and something that actually forced him to think.
    And well, after that- all that was left to take care of was Edward's need for attention; but Bruce could handle that.
