She wishes she could gaze like this whenever, in the tenderness of her presence. Be ever witness to the brilliance of her.
In her double hearts, she yearns for metamorphosis. Matter into energy, flesh into light, so she could dance in slow strokes across Yaz’s illuminated skin. Maybe then she would be brave enough to caress what she cannot. Maybe then she would always be wished upon; her own silent sentinel.
The Doctor gazes at Yaz, in light of the universe.

The Doctor would class a three day trip as a long adventure. They have been Saskia and Julie William-Singh for two months.
So, no, it’s never usually like this.
In a sleepy coastal town on the shores of southern England, Yaz and the Doctor slip into the lives of two missing women they're trying to follow. Yaz finds she likes it more than she should.

If she is given a second to think then she will think about the Doctor; her last goodbye and those big eyes. And she refuses, at the moment, to think about the Doctor. For she will surely break.
