Some creatures rest by day, like Astarion, and others rest by night, like you. So there should be some rational and obvious explanation for why you haven't gotten a good night's rest in the last few weeks. That explanation had not yet appeared, which was regrettable, but at least you had Astarion to accompany you in moments of restlessness. And if his company was yet another aggravating factor for your restlessness... unfortunate, but at least the embrace is comfortable.
