   Summary

   with the travelling circus act hullabaloo returning to its original hometown for a summer finale, a confident man from the countryside, obsessed with popcorn, decides to take a job at moonlit river park where he can sell his product while enjoying the carnival fun! except, he doesn't really find his surroundings enjoyable until he meets a certain star from the circus only a few meters away from him.
