“What?” Kiyoko couldn't quite trust her ears.
“A-ah. You don’t have to answer if you don’t want to. I shouldn’t have asked. I’m sorry. Just forget I said anything.”
“No. I don’t have eczema.”

Summary
As Warden-Commander, Duncan knows better than anyone that a criminal history doesn't matter among the ranks of the Wardens. That doesn't mean that his past still doesn't haunt him. A chance encounter with a rogue city elf reminds Duncan of all that he stole from someone else.
While reading through The World Of Thedas Vol.2, I was struck by Duncan's entry. His background has a lot of connections with the city elf origin. It seemed like the most personally poignant to him and it got me thinking about what was going through Duncan's head during that particular origin.
