Summary
I just need the address on who decided to split season three into three parts. I also cannot slip knowing that Colin still does not know Penelope is Lady Whistledown. Also not Eloise threatening to tell on Penelope. I NEED PART TWO YESTERDAY. Anyway this is me climbing up the wall that I don't have part two :) also I know there's not too much plot and I could've gone so many routes but again I'M CLIMBING UP THAT WALL not knowing what happens next. SEND HELP!!
