Time moves differently there, the space ever-changing to make a prison of mountains, cathedrals, salt flats, orchards, and whatever Castiel was led to believe about Heaven’s greatest weapon—Dean Winchester is something entirely unexpected.

Summary
After seeing the white-haired boy once, he starts seeing him everywhere. Two weeks in and it's to the point Kento's surprised he didn't notice the boy the moment he stepped on school grounds on the first day. He's loud, often in the midst of laughter, surrounded by people at all times except for when he's being dragged to the teacher's office. Kento counts three separate occasions where the boy is pulled by the ear by three different teachers. It's difficult to ignore, and something always pulls Kento's gaze in his direction, some type of magnetism that pisses him off more than anything else.
Or: Kento regrets moving to the city.
