Summary
Binta comes to the Overworld from Fred's Keep and begins to learn about the world around her, helping Jesse fix up Beacontown from Romeo crashing down it's buildings and leaving it uncared for. Though, a destroyed city across the street looks in a much worse state, and with Binta and her friends needing a place to stay- Stella agrees to take in Binta's townsfolk in turn for assistance helping Champion City.
Stella may not know it yet, but change takes a lot of effort. Though with a sudden new disaster upon their hands- and with Jesse off with her girlfriend- she has nobody to look up to for help besides a strange girl from a blue world to lead Champion City out of a mess no regular mayor should have to face.
Will these two save Champion City and be heros? Will they learn to accept each other's differences and figure out how to stop sudden earthquakes? Or will each other's inner feelings about themselves- and each other- tear apart a city and the earth? You can only read to find out!
