In Loving Memory (ILM) follows Basil through three days left, only things are a lot different from canon. In Basil’s HEADSPACE, Aubrey, Kel, Hero, Sunny, Mari, and other characters they may meet along the way, all know him as “Kori”. Summary
This AU centered around KEL from OMORI. It takes one year after the 'GOOD' ending, where Sunny tells the truth. KEL has been living in his room for a year, wondering if he can still be friends with SUNNY after what had happened, while HERO is going through a second grief, realizing that his girlfriend didn't die because he wasn't enough, but that her younger brother pushed her down the stairs. HERO has been trying to push through the grief, hanging out with AUBREY and the others. BASIL is sort of left on his own again, sometimes hanging out with AUBREY. KEL gains his own HEADSPACE during his grief, now realizing that he lost two people. MARI and SUNNY. The HEADSPACE is called ORANGESPACE, taking after KEL's comfort color, Orange! It reflects on how he thinks people see him and the others around him. Because of HERO not talking to him anymore and hanging out with AUBREY, he thinks that HERO hates him. In this HEADSPACE, it's before the accident, so MARI is alive, but there is no recital for them to be practicing. You'll learn more as you go along. Just sit back, relax, and enjoying the story.
