Liam can read concern there, clear as day in the subtle lift of his brows and the way the skin pulls at the corners of his mouth. Theo’s body is a language of tells Liam is still learning, but he’s been studying voraciously for months now and he thinks he’s at least conversational. He wants to be fluent, wants to learn to read every line and tic and wrinkle, create phrase books and translation guides he won’t share with anyone else."
