Summary
She needed her to live. In this moment, she needed her more than she had ever needed anyone before. They needed more time. They needed time for Robin to figure out what she was doing wrong, and to fix it. They needed time to form inside jokes and have sleepovers and talk for hours on end. She would let Nancy put her in that horrible dress from Pennhurst time and time again, give her makeovers and put makeup on Robin’s face and she wouldn’t complain one bit no matter how much she hated makeup. They needed time to be alive, together. But for that, Nancy needed to live. Please, she needed to live.
Robin’s voice was small now as she forced her words out through a growing lump in her throat. Her whole body was trembling, her hand shaking around Nancy’s delicate fingers. She could hear muffled echoes of Steve yelling for her from the top of the stairs.
“Please get through this, Nance. Please.”OR

Summary
The girl by the fountain passed out of view, followed by a procession of other park-goers. They passed by the fountain and onto the path in front of Robin. An old couple with matching silver bands. A man in an NYU sweatshirt. A girl with a fluffy brown perm. The perm reminded Robin of Nancy.
As a matter of fact, the girl bore some resemblance with the same angled jawline and small frame. Almost uncanny. She continued to walk quickly down the path, glancing down at a watch on her wrist.
Robin squinted as the girl continued to approach down the path. The same red jacket. Cheeks rosy from the wind. It really did look like—
“Nancy?”OR

Summary
Robin’s blood ran cold as Michael Meyers’ strong hand clamped around the character’s neck. Her breathing quickened, her own throat beginning to tighten as Simms struggled against the pressure. Flashes of dark vines slithering across her neck burned through her brain.
She barely noticed as Simms was stabbed by the killer’s signature kitchen knife. Her hands had gone to her own throat in a desperate attempt to pry away whatever invisible weight was forcing it closed. Her eyes blurred, but images continued to infect her brain.
She saw blood. So, so much blood. The harrowing screams in her mind burned through her bones and tore at her skin. She could taste the sour air. Smell the burning decay all around her. The world was ending.OR
Robin has a PTSD flashback, but Nancy is there to tell her it's alright.

Summary
Robin’s throat is too tight to speak. She blinks rapidly, her eyes beginning to burn.
“Wow,” she manages once more.
She blinks hard as tears stream rapidly down her face. Her cheeks burn with intense heat as the excitement in their faces turn to panic and worry.
“Rob, I, are you—” Steve starts. Robin hurriedly swipes the tears from her stinging eyes and forces a chuckle.
“Oh, I’m good! I’m so good, you guys just party without me for a minute, ok? I’ll just be…just start without me, ok?”
She barely finishes her sentence before Steve’s front door slams behind her.OR
Robin has some big revelations on her 19th birthday.
