Summary

It feels like too long they've had to do it like this. Ian hurts in more than only one way.
Holding back, facing paralyzing truths. The cycle seems to be endless, whereas his love for Taejoon and the calamitous fire he feels in return are not even close to being over.
(Situated in the period around when they're 25, a New Year's Party makes Ian feel like the whole world's against him. If only TJ, who's beginning to unwillingly abide his duty inside the golden cage that shelters them, was more aware of the cracking of Ian's heart).
