Sokka was sitting on the balcony of their bedroom on a golden chair, still awake, still waiting for Zuko. He watched the night sky, the stars and the moon, trying his very best to keep his eyes open.
This has been happening for way too long now. Sokka anticipating Zuko’s return from his Fire Lord duties, but it always got so late sleep got the better of him every time. And when he woke up, the fire bender was already gone.He missed him. So, so much. And he was worried sick about his boyfriend. They needed to talk. This needed to change.
