This is set in X-Men: First Class. This is essentially a fic that explores the reader and Erik's relationship as it evolves from a mutual misunderstanding of each other to something greater. Takes place in Charles Xavier's library most of the time.

When Marinette’s entire school finds out about her huge crush on Adrien Agreste, she’s absolutely humiliated. Come Christmas Break, Marinette is doing everything she can to avoid Adrien Agreste. Adrien, on the other hand is missing his “just-a-friend,” and so, decides to have an impromptu visit to her balcony during the nighttime. Again. And again. Will Marinette’s icy heart remain frozen by the cold of this winter? Or will Cat Noir’s boyish charms and absurd feline puns spark something else in her heart in time for Christmas?

It was too repetitive: being her insecure, shy self. So, throwing away the nerves she’d been feeling, she decided to do something a little bit differently this time. She paused, coyly batted her eyelashes, and then continued on speaking, “But we have got to stop meeting like this.”
Chat’s eyes glimmered for a split second before a large smirk grew on his face. He moved his body closer to Marinette’s and there they were, standing in the center of her balcony, with bright stars shining up above them, lighting up the night sky.
“But…what if our balcony rendez-vous’s make me happy. Very happy,” he took a strand of Marinette’s hair and brushed it behind her ear. She shivered as she felt his breath on her neck as he continued on, now whispering, “Do you know what else makes me happy, Marinette?”
This is essentially a fluffy, flirty fic showcasing Marinette and Chat Noir's first kiss. Takes place on Marinette's balcony.
