“Mmfgh,” Egg says, which translates vaguely to good sir, could you possibly inform me as to where I am and what that strange particulate matter in my feathers is and have you seen my purple weapon of mass destruction?
“You’re silly,” says the stranger, which Egg takes to mean no— welcome to hostage-town, angel boy.
When the world resolves itself into discernible shapes and colors, the first thing Egg clocks is a dark-haired boy in a straw-hat silhouetted against the noon-day sun.
"Hey, hey, Mister Eye-man," the straw hat kid asks. "Do you poop?"
