Jackie had half a mind to smack the water bottle out of Shauna’s hand.
“Don’t call me that.”
“Fair’s fair. As long as I’m Shipman, you’re Taylor.”
OR
Jackie and Shauna used to be best friends. Now they're on rival hockey teams and they can't stop wanting to sleep with each other.

Shauna let out a dry chuckle, eyes flashing with something sharp. “You’re so desperate for me to fuck you it’s almost cute.”

“Do you ever think about me?” The question is so out of left field that the shock must be so visible on Shauna’s face that Jackie actually, physically cringes. “Forget I said that.”
“I, uh, I take the train to college every day.” It fumbles from her mouth before she can stop herself, an admission that she hasn’t even told Pete and Jules why she takes it, they just assume she’s lazy as if she doesn’t run every evening and is the only one of them that can make it up the stairs without stopping.
“Ugh, I hate trains. Remember I threw up all over myself when we took the train to New York in eight grade?” Jackie rambles to fill the space, to understand why Shauna said that. Shauna shuts her eyes tight for a second, formulating what to say, but all that comes out is a pathetic:
“Yeah, it’s why I take them.”
“What?”
“The seats are shitty and plastic and it would be cheaper to walk but they remind me of you, because you hate them.” She pauses, running a hand through her hair. “Jackie, did you really think that I’d forget about you?”
(Or after five years, Shauna Shipman finally talks to Jackie Taylor)
