Dropped into a reality where 80% of the world has "Quirks," a displaced 90s Peter Parker has no money, no ID, and no translator. But doing whatever a spider can doesn't require a hero license. It's time for Tokyo to meet the Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man! (so basically, TAS spidey in MHA dropped in before the main plot starts, lots of story derailment and 90's monologuing)
